SIM2 Grand Cinema™ HT3000E premium single chip projector offers true, uncompressed 1920x1080 HDTV Resolution, thanks to the 0.95" 1080p DLP® chipset from Texas Instruments.

Combining this new chipset with full 10 bit video processing and the precision optics in SIM2's ALPHAPATH™ light engine, the HT3000E is able to reach a new level of cinematic realism in single chip projection. This is achieved in typical SIM2 style through a balanced design ethos: a fined tuned system will always deliver the best results.

The Grand Cinema™ HT3000E utilizes true 10-bit video processing (with high-definition scaling and de-interlacing capabilities) to create the highest quality video images. 10-bits-per-channel processing produces 1024 shades of gray (or shades of a single colour): the result is the ability to render over 1 billion colours on-screen.

Unishape™ lamp technology coupled with BrilliantColor™, delivers a 100% increase in brightness (at D65), deeper blacks, a reduction of digital artefacts and a wider, more vivid colour palette than its predecessor.

SIM2's Live Color Management™ software enables complete control over the colour temperature of the image, via user-defined adjustments (corresponding to specific white points on the CIE chart), that allows accurate greyscale tracking. The image can be further optimised by using one of the nine sets of gamma curves available, these can be used to correct for variations in the source material, or differing levels of ambient lighting, or simply to allow for individual viewing preferences.

The Grand Cinema™ HT3000E has a wide range of both analogue and digital video inputs, including two HDCP-enabled HDMI™ sockets, ensuring full compatibility with 1080p HDTV, plus the vast array of today's video sources.

Taking styling cues from the C3X series, The HT3000E sports an elegant Giorgio Revoldini designed cabinet in SiM2's signature Gun Metal gray finish.
